Ready to Apply?

Below you will find three documents needed for the application process:

Please print out and fill out the Application. Approval is based on favorable credit, no prior evictions, no prior felony convictions, an income of three times the monthly rental rate, and positive previous rental history. Full time students may not be required to make the income requirement as long as they show proof of enrollment and have a qualified guarantor. Said guarantor will need co-sign the lease via the Lease Guarantee Form

Once completed, you can either drop it off at our building's front office, mail it to the address provided on the form, or fax it to (414) 270-9885. Our $100 deposit is due at the time of application, along with two forms of ID and proof of income or school enrollment.

Leases are 13 month unless otherwise noted, and units cannot be held until an application is received in full. We are required to provide you with a blank copy of our Lease, provided below. You will need to initial on the last page of the application stating you were offered a copy of the lease.
